Before searching the Museum catalog, please read this important announcement.

Anticipated storage renovation will affect Architecture and Manuscript collections

The Chicago History Museum is planning to renovate part of its collection storage facilities when funding becomes available. Please call in advance of your visit to verify the availability of specific collections.

Remaining on-site during the renovation will be photographs, books, periodicals, newspapers, maps, and other published materials.

During this time the Research Center will remain open.
