Bill KurtisAmericans have been dining on grain-fed beef for the last 60 years. But which is better for both man and animal—grain-fed or grass-fed? Join Bill Kurtis for an examination of the cattle industry. Presented in collaboration with the Culinary Historians of Chicago.

Put the Nuns in Charge

Sunday, August 24, 2:00 p.m.

Put the Nuns in Charge Chicago's Royal George Theatre returns to the Museum for a special one-time-only performance. Sister is back in the classroom, and the Seven Deadly Sins have never been funnier. This time she's talking about everything from skirt lengths to cell phones, iPods to eBay. Despite today's modern problems, everything in Sister's world relates back to her Catholic upbringing.

This performance is presented in conjunction with the Catholic Chicago exhibition.
