The Relic House Selling History
An advertising card (date unknown) and the title page from a promotional pamphlet (1906) for the architectural oddity known as the Relic House, which was made out of objects taken from the fire. Built in 1872, it moved at least once after it was built, but spent most of its existence opposite Lincoln Park on the triangular block where Clark Street and Lincoln Park West now intersect.
