Development Assistant – Gift Processor

The Development Assistant – Gift Processor is responsible for updating the Raiser’s Edge (RE) database for the Chicago History Museum (CHM) Institutional Advancement (IA) Department including processing gift/donations and event registrations. The Assistant is responsible for maintaining the CHM RE database in keeping with our high standards of accuracy and our written procedures. Key to this role’s responsibilities is the accurate, timely recording of all gift, constituent, and other changes records and regular communication with coworkers.

Research Center Aide

The Research Center Aide photocopies materials from the Museum’s two dimensional collections for Research Center patrons and Rights and Reproductions customers. The Aide enhances the reputation of the Research Center by providing quick, thoughtful and respectful service.
